Sun tube rooflights are the perfect solution for bringing light into a home, to the most awkward areas. Take the top of the stairs or the attic as an example, they tend to be dark areas in the majority of homes, and bringing natural light in is easy with these systems.

Much like the name suggests, a tube passes from the outside of the home to the inside, with a glass or polycarbonate dome situated on the roof’s exterior, attracting the light and sending it down into the once dark – and now bright – space.

It’s a clever system and it’s one that’s been developed over the last few years so there are many different designs available, but the concept remains the same.
